Hi, im writting you because i recently lost all my harddrive data, so i asked a friend of mine to give me his installers for the game (as i introduced him the game last year), to my astonishment my serials dont work with this installers and im taking them directly from your webpage as i registered all of them now i tried to use the old installer but is now to old and i cant get to make the game work, now i cannot play this game and is a shame as im eager to finish the tournament im in and to buy the new expansion when it comes out.

I have a similiar problem, after long time i am eager to play field of glory again, but it seems not to work anymore.
I have my old 1.01 field of glory installation program, the rise of rome addendum(don´t know which version!)
and an old patch of field of glory(version 1.2.5).
But i have the 4 serials, naturally for the original programm, rise of rome, Immortal Fire, and storm of arrows.

How can i reactivate the whole pack?

Download the last update (1.8.1) from one of these mirrors:

Unzip the downloaded file. Run the extracted file to update the game.
Depending if you have the Matrix version or the Slitherine version, you'll have to click respectively on "Register Army Pack Serial" option or "Serials..." option.

Next a new window will be presented. Select the expansion pack you wish to unlock. Enter serial number for expansion pack. Select "Enter Serial".



And the expansion(s) will be unlocked after this.
