I'm trying to play MP on iPad2 and when I enter my login details I get the error, Login Isn't Activated, how can I get passed this error?

I have reset my password from the My Page and still no go.

Hi Nudge,

I see in the database you have also another username "Nudgebo" and your Battle Academy copy is registered with this account.

Can you please check:
- if the error still happens
- if you are trying to log in with your "Nudge" username

Thanks for the quick response, yep this was the error. Not sure why I have two accounts, but that's annoying that I do, could have saved both of us a bit of pain. Probably because I have war in the east registered to this account.

I remember having issues logging in with MP when I first purchased this game for the ipad and I think I used a different email address.

Would it be possible to have BA MP link to this account instead? If not that's ok, at least now I know the issue.

Hi Nudge,
Glad we found what the issue was! Switching from an account to another could be tricky, due to moving all your existing games to the other account...
If you don't have games in progress, it's a bit easier for us to move the serial.

I downloaded this gave on my laptop a while back under user id Blitzz (I think it's 2 Zs at the end but it maybe 3 I don't remember) I did not play it much on the laptop. When it was available on iPad I downloaded the game and created a new ID (PSPpanzer) I play it on the iPad frequently, when I tried to log in today I kept getting an error "Login isn't activated"

Your best bet is to mail support [at] slitherine.co.uk with your details and hopefully they can work out what has happened.
