Totally awesome instructional video, created by fellow gamer idjester, which walks through the steps to download user-gen campaigns.
Also explains how to delete any existing campaigns first, if you're having problems.

Created to support GJS'44 campaign or open tourney, but his method will work for any user-generated maps...
Those by Amaris, Enric, Brummbar44 and rf900 are also highly recommended...
