BOUGHT NEW PC ON OLD PC HAD ALL OF PANZERCORPS and DOWNLOADS ,how do i redownload the games bought in past or do u have to re buy cant find any topic on this

bit hard have new pc i bought all downloads for panzercorps and the africa on old pc,game info and receipts on old pc , also shouldnt be this hard to re downdd load games i bought ,have bought several games of slitherine in past doubt i will buy any more,on gamersgate in account u can redownload any time this is turning into a real pain,why cant i down load again when i log into account im not paying againa and in not sorted will not but any thing else spent over 100 doallrs aussie currency ,why cant it be sorted with my account omly details
