Slitherine

I received an email stating I had downloaded turns multiple times. I have only been playing the game online for a couple of weeks and one day received an "error 99" message and on a few other occasions the game has crashed when I load my turn, I'm guessing this is where the problem lies. I don't think it's a connection issue as its happened when I play the AI offline. It's extremely disheartening to pay for a game that crashes, which in turn causes me to be banned from playing multiplayer. What can I do to avoid this from happening?

Sorry about this - we've had some server load issues over the last week or so and its been generating some false warnings. It should all be back to normal now.
