Game has failed to send multiple times...

Was playing a turn in an already started GJS'44 game with Arcticpost...
I have completed my turn and passed it back... The counter ran up to something over a minute and then reported that it failed, so I tried to resend the turn again... This second time, the counter only got upto 2 seconds before giving up... I now cannot send my turn because this (third time) BA is simply saying, "Game has failed to send multiple times. If you cannot send your turn, you can hit cancel to exit the mission and discard this turn. The server will record that this turn has been retried".
If I click the red "X", BA asks me if I want to abandon this turn.
If I click the green tick, it simply returns to where I can resend the turn, but immediately reports the same error above if I attempt to resend it.
What's the right thing to do?
