I just purchased DLC 41 and already have loaded PZC, AK and DLC's 39, 40, 42-43 West and 44 West. Do I have to reinstall any of the latter or any patches?

Theoretically speaking, no.
If there is no corrupt installation, everything will work fine and you won't need to reinstall any patch.

Thanks VP. I got GC41 so I can play from 39 to 45 using a western path. I am not a big of the Russian theater.
