_[BUG] (v1.8.10.683 bRC4) LF/LH Out of frontal arc shooting

Hi,
I just noticed that LF and LH do not get the -1 POA when shooting out of their frontal arch.

This is not mentioned in any of the FoG manual, html help or wiki. Though I kind of remember seeing it happening in the old FoG(RB).

checked as existing in FoG(RB) v1.8.1
added in revision 689
