SE in AK

Maybe I've missed it in one of the posts but can someone confirm the number of SE units available in AK. Does it change as you progress or static like in each DLC?
Believe maximum is five, it starts lower and builds so to stay balanced.
There are one or maybe two scenarios it is possible to earn/win an SE unit (e.g., ME109 in Dash to the Wire, I think). If you get it, it counts as an SE slot; you don't get an extra SE unit because of it. Total stays five. There are also SE tactical bombers available as awards, too, unlike in GCE DLCs.
