A FoGR comp Alisdair might not win...?

This is the same time period as Warfare last year. There were 5 Gustavan Swedes there, none here. Was anyone put off using them due to the changes to Commanded Shot? Or were they just not sufficiently fun?

Not fun enough. Paul and I used Early Danish because we didn't want to use an army we had played before. Paul used TYW Swedish at Slimbridge and I used Later Swedish at Usk. Mind you the fact that we only got the army on the table for the first time when we played you and Simon was probably pretty apparent, but that is the SELWG way.

7 points on day one and 39 on day two might indicate that some practice is helpful.

So, what happened? Who won? Any exciting revelations?

A note on FOG Ancients. The prize for third place was split 3rd and 4th (both on 64 points) and was awarded based on their last round performance. They both broke their opponents armies but Thorne And Hutchby scored more points in the process.
