When trying to get on to PBEM, after clicking Multiplayer, I now instead of getting a log in screen, I get a message box saying 'Serial Number is Registered'. When I press the OK button nothing happens. von Czech

Is your game updated to 1.11?

Yes. I was able to log in to a PBEM with no problems 24hrs. earlier. Should add that although I am new to multiplayer, I am an old hand at Panzer Korps and before that Panzer General. LOL.

When you select Multiplayer on the main menu, do you see the message "Initializing Multiplayer" with the animating sprockets?

Yes I get the revolving sprockets. Following this I receive the message 'serial number is registered'. when I press the OK button the program returns to the original New Game/Load Game/ multiplayer screen. There has been no change in the game playability.

Odd. Wouldn't you mind just to uninstall the game and install it again, just to rule this out.

OK. If I uninstall Panzercorps, will I have to reinstall all the other Campaign games as well?

I'm afraid you have. But you could try first to set a new password at your Slitherine account, and check at the same time if the game serial is registered in your account.
Please note that by changing the password, your forum password will also change.

Ok on that. I have already changed my password and checked that the game is registered to my account. I'll let you know what happens when I reinstall all my programs.
