_[BUG] BRC4 ANARCHY CHARGES

Hi,

CMT for Anarchy for shock troops should happen after you move or change the facing of them and you did not charge (if there was a unit in range) or at the end of the turn if you hadn't move or change the facing of the unit (and there was a unit in range).

From Wikipedia: Units with an eligible enemy in range test the first time you touch them – to move or turn. If you don’t touch them, they will test at the end of the turn
Troops that anarchy charge are marked with an "A"


It happened to me that I wanted to charge a BG with the Hoplites and the BG took a CMT for anarchy, didn't pass it and charged another BG that was not the one I wanted to charge.
