Just Bought Great Battles of Rome. It loaded successfully, but only plays the video entree at the beginning. Then my computer Blue Screens and crashes. (I've got Vista premium, 1024MB RAM, 80GB). I've downloaded EVERY update windows asks me to do in order to get it to run - but no luck. Apparently I need "Intel (R) G 965 Express Chipset Family (Microsoft Corp. - WDDM) installed. I can't find a customer services helpline either. Anyone got any ideas?

What tells you you need the Intel drivers? What kind of machine are you running on? Can you give us the specs so we can try and work out the problem.

Cheers

Pip

This integrated video controller/card (Intel (R) G 965 Express Chipset Family) uses system (shared) memory and also does NOT support T&L (Transform & Lighting) which is a DirectX 9.0 graphical function needed for most games these days.

Adding a dedicated video card to your PC should fix the problem.
