I pruchased and dowloaded Spartan from Digital River. On the recipt they sent me, there was no activation code/serial number. It actually said" Not Available". When I tried to install the software I was asked for the serial number. I emailed Digital River's tech support and they informed me that they cannot help and I should contact the software company. Since I do not have a CD version of the game, and was not provided with the required serial number by Digital River, how do I install the game?

Hi Red beard. It sounds like you bought the game through Matrix? If so, it is them who will have the serial number information. We don't know how their download system works and have no access to your details, so can't help you unfortunately. There should be details of how to contact them in confirmation mails they sent you?
