_[BUG] (v1.8.10.664 bRC3) Missile Fire cohesion Hit

Hi,

Just testing on battle of marathon I find out that the target receiving missile fire makes a cohesion test when receives just one hit. It should receive at least two to make the cohesion test.

In fact, when the target receives 0 hits it also performs a Cohesion test:

this extra feature was removed in revision 670 :)
