AI Behavior when faced to "über units"

Just a test because I was not able to win a DV at Prokhorovka in DLC 1943:

I cheated and gave 1000 experience + 20 strength value to a few units of mine.

I won the scenario with DV and the campaign path is the same, I kenw this right from the start.

Major observations:

1. Althought I gave 1000 experience poitns, when clicking on units the value which is shown up is 599 and 5 stars are given`. But I still do not know if the computer understands it as 599 or as 1000.

2. Giving 500 strength instead of 20 shows up the unit with figure 20 being the max number. This is totally irrealistic, do not do what I did! I suspect AI understands this is well above 20.

In this case (strength of 500) AI avoids my units (especially infantry entrenched in cities), there is no fight anymore except in specific circumstances for instance if a unit as no ammo anymore then all Soviet infantry units are attacking it in order to kill it and they succeed...

In other words "über units" prevent the AI to attack you and human player sytematically wins defensive scenarios.
So all the fun is lost and I do not recommend you to cheat but I wanted to see the result...

Probably AI "assesses" the value of your units before attacking them (just like human player does), no fight is done against a stronger opponent.

NB: It is clear that rookie units in 1944 or 1945 do not have a chance in DLCs if they are the majority of your army... So if you really need to cheat (something I do not recommend) do it "reasonnably": strength should not be changed, by default it is 10. Experience could be useful: max 250. I admit I cheat for one thing: the fuel when I realize too late that an experienced aircraft of mine will never never be able to come back to an airfield.
