Irac partisan 's cival war

in one of our recent pbem , an interesting situation happened : after Axis conquer Irac in Aug 1941 , there is another Irac partisan spawn ,It was Allies partisan (the one step partisan). It could be possible to have a cival war between two Irac partisans !

Since Iraq was pro-Axis (as general all Middle East) there should not be partisans for that area. Even bettter - maybe Axis partisants should spawn?

it is reasonable to spawn allies partisan when Irac is conquered by Axis . just feel funny !

No more unreasonable than for Albania to spawn Italian ones, or Czechoslovakia German ones.

I've never seen Italian partisans in Albania, either, but then I've rarely seen Italian partisans at all
German partisans in Czechoslovakia I see probably every second game. Just desperate for oppression, those Czechs...
