Multi-player game not working

I put an open challenge on, it was picked up by "Juliuspluvius" today 2012-12-17 13-39. I assume he has made his first move as CP's - when I try to play my turn the game crashes and I get a Windows message saying "CTGW has stopped working". My other games are OK. Can you advise or delete from the server please? Thanks.

We have had a second try, same details for the game, launch time 16-11 today and same problem. I am in PM contact with my opponent. I have asked if it is possibly a Cyrillic script problem. If not, then I don't know. All my other games have worked, and continue to work in multi-player. If both broken games can be removed from the server when you get a chance then that would be much appreciated. Thanks.

Could you post the last few lines from the log after the crash?

I don't know how to do that, I'm afraid. My opponent is using a Spanish language version.

I had a similar situation. I set up a game with me as CP. My opponent accepted. I then played my first turn and successfully uploaded my turn. Then my opponent (highlandcharge on the Matrix forums) says he crashes when he tries to download to play his turn. We are both on the beta patch.

Can anyone tell me how to get the log report that Myrddraal wants? Is it easy to do? :?

ctgw.log is in the directory "My Documents\My Games\Commander The Great War". You can open it with any text reader.

Sorry, more detail:

The log is in Documents\My Games\Commander The Great War\ctgw.log

You can upload it here or open it in notepad and copy/paste the last few lines.
It is overwritten each time you run the game, so please reproduce the crash before opening the log.
