What platform are you playing on?

Can you please post the contents of the error.log file from My Documents/My Games/BBCBA immediately after the crash.

Cheers

Pip

In your My Documents folder there is a My Games folder, and in that a BBCBA folder. Inside there is a file called error.log. Open in Notepad, select all, and copy. Then paste into a reply here.

What are your system specs? Probably simplest to follow the instructions at the top of the forum and get the dxdiag output. It looks like you don't have a video card (or possibly missing drivers).

If it installed and ran fine before, what has changed? Why did you need to do a reinstall? Did you correctly un-install it prior to the reinstall.

If you are missing drivers, then generally you can get them via Windows Update as a non-critical download IIRC. I can't tell whether the drivers are an issue without the full length dxdiag output which shows the details of the video card etc.

The error log also seemed to be truncated as well?

You don't have a video driver installed at all (according to your dxdiag). If there is nothing listed in the Windows Update optional downloads area, then you will need to head to the AMD site and download driver for your system. I believe that there is an automated way to do it which should allow you to get up and running.

Panzer Corps uses neither Direct X nor 3D acceleration. Because of the lack of drivers your system now thinks (as you can see from the dxdiag output) that it has an old-style VGA card and nothing more installed.

You need to get a driver before the system can tell that you have any kind of 3D card installed.
