What level infantry?

Here I mouse over the Italian infantry. It shows as level IV.
When I'm about to attack it's suddenly downgraded to level II
I guess the first one is correct...

When posting a reply, below the text box there is a tab next to 'options' called 'upload attachment'

Edit: MP-game. The save file of no use so I deleted it.

It might be because my Italians are a bit short of equipment and we are rotating stuff!

Just realised it's a MP-game and the save is from an AI-game.

i noticed this too but it seems to be a problem of the picture and not of the calculations. it doesnt only happen with the italians it happens with other allies too. but it doesnt affect the unit stats, as you can see it still has the proper attack and defense values.
