Serbia and the CP AI Redux

I posted earlier about the difficulty the CP AI has knocking out Serbia.
I was reading an account of the Serbian campaign. Talk about brutal. A quarter of all Serbs died during the war. About half of all male Serbs died.
But I noticed the stat on the Serbian population: 4.5 million Serbs holding off 48.5 million Austro-Hungarians. Over ten-to-one odds!
Then I looked at the manpower stats for the game: AH 1200, Serbia 300, which is a four-to-one ratio.
If Serbia started with a manpower level of 120, instead of 300, it would collapse in late 1915, right on schedule, even against the AI. I checked an old saved Entente game, balanced, and my Serbs were still holding out in January 1916, but they had already suffered 166 casualties.
Going to make another modification and give it a try. Maybe I'll give them 150 and see what happens.
