I thought I should post this because I have been posting quite a bit about one or another problem with Commander: The Great War. One might well think that I hated the game.

Obviously, I am noticing so many issues BECAUSE I AM PLAYING CTGW SO MUCH.

In short, I am definitely getting my money's worth and I look forward to patches and mods.

This is a fantastic game. I think the problems are aspects that don't quite live up to the high standard of quality set by the game itself. It's just that certain systems, particularly naval, and balance issues remain to be ironed out. It's nice to be able to say that and know it's true - I can think of a number of strategy games released in the past 2-3 years where people have been saying this despite the main systems actually being broken. This is a very slick, fast (meaning well programmed) and attractive game with good strategic gameplay focused around making decisions about resource allocation. I love it!
