Teleporting Issues??

The latest teleporting situation:
A. A 3-deep Austrian infantry unit is up behind an artillery unit. It moves through, the first base and a bit clearing the front of the artillery. As per the rules, it moves all the way through now, gaining about 2.5MU. This isn't terrible, but the deeper your moving unit, the further you get to move.
B. Same Austrian unit is now just behind a friendly small square which is angled, instead of the square sides parallel with the infantry, one corner is touching the front of the 3-deep infantry. The 3-deep unit passes a CMT and moves through the square, shifting one base sideways to avoid friends, but only its front rank manages to be clear. The 2nd rank and 3rd rank have one corner of the square "sticking" into them. The 3-deep unit now is moved forward to clear, gaining something like 4 MU or more.
It truly seemed like that Austrian unit was sailing across the battlefield.
Has anyone else had any sort of teleporting issues? Or does said type of movement seem fine to you?
