The CP AI and Serbia

I have played several games as the Entente, balanced AI, and the main problem, IMHO, that I see with the AI play involves Serbia. Simply put, the CP AI doesn't knock out the Serbs, which causes problems for AH on the Italian Front, creates an unnecessary Balkan Front, especially when Romania enters, undermines AH and CP efforts on the Eastern Front, prevents full support from reaching Turkey, and insures CP defeat.
When I play as the CP I do three things to take out the Serbs.
1) Put pressure on garrison units along the line;
2) Attack Belgrade, even if you can't take it, to reduce the number of available Serb PPs, because less Belgrade's 6 PPs, the Serbs cannot build and maintain a large enough force to cover the entire line from Romania to the Adriatic;
3) As soon as the situations in Galicia stabilizes, build an artillery unit for the Serbian front.
The CP AI only does #1.
It will not attack Belgrade if you keep an infantry unit in the city.
In my most recent game as the Entente, when Italy entered the war in June 1915, AH had two artillery units available--one along the Italian Front and another in Belgium. Either of these, or both, would have helped to take out Serbia.
Even when the Bulgarians entered the war, the AI failed to focus on Serbia. I thought: "Now I'm going to get it." But not a single Bulgarian unit moved into Serbia. They went instead to Palestine!
Crushing Serbia should be a priority for the CP AI, on both historic and game play terms.
