CTGW and the SysTray Tool

Two things:
1) Any plans to upgrade the tool to incorporate CTGW as well?
Right now it only shows my WitE games, and presumably both games are running on the same PBEM+ servers?
2) Any possibility of the Tool interfering with uploading CTW games?
Just had the game crash on me (appcrash in ctgw.exe) when trying to upload my last turn.
Now, it could easily be a coincidence, but the only thing different from my other turns was that I had started the SysTrayTool.
