This is the current list of FOG players for Britcon
If any one can rustle up 2 player to get us to 30 I think there is still time for the late entry here and there.
As it stands at present I will be a playing umpire to keep the umbers even ....... generally I will fill in at the bottom end of the draw .......
....... as for the first round ........ one suggestion that was interesting was "last list in plays the umpire in the first round?"
Has a certain evil appeal butt hen again I might get murdered with these britons !

Sure I do have strength in numbers - it would be one hell of a game though..............maybe someday we could combine all our Britons and do a massive Britsh rebellion battle.

What Lawrence really meant to was there was 3500 figures present. Quite how that translates to BG's is anybody's guess

thats the plan.
However fracturing my elbow last night wasn't in the plan, and it may take until middle of next week when I see someone more expert than my a&e department, plus a lift up from london to see if I can attend at all....

Well if I can compete at Roll Call with a broken wrist, you can compete at Britcon with a broken elbow. No slacking!

All depends if it his dice throwing hand...
Given that most lists have not been published, I think it would be a good idea if everybody bought the "master" version of their list so that at least your opponent might have some idea of what he is facing.
Thoughts?

Actually I was referring to this posting of Simon's on another thread:

Apologies, it was a, quite frankly, rubbish attempt at humour.

I can't make all 4 days of Britcon as I have a trade stand to man on Sat/Sun. However, if there is an opportunity to play on Thurs or Fri, I'd be pleased to bring an army. Perhaps I could keep the umpire occupied between rulings.

You could get one of those hats which holds a can of beer, with a straw that comes down into your mouth.
Remember that once you start sucking it sets up a syphon action so you have to drink all the beer in one go.
