. . . the "End Turn" box and "Surrender" box are very close together. I haven't actually pressed "Surrender" yet, but does a "Are you sure?" -type message come up? If not, there should either be such a message or the "Surrender" message could maybe be moved over to the other side of the box - to avoid accidental surrenders, I mean.
