Sorry you are having problems but until we get the new version out we can't do anything to fix bugs in the old version. That code base is dead and we'll get you a free upgrade to the new version when it is available.

You could try reinstalling to see if it helps but I don't know what the error is and the team who developed the original game are no longer working with us so I cant get any help on that.

Bummer........I have an oppoentent waiting for my first turn. I tried it on my old desktop, and my laptop, and neither of them worked, and gave me the same message. I downloaded the game, so I dont have a disc to reinstall. If someone could send me a download portal,m then I would try and reinstall. Additionally, if someone could let Aristides know that I am having tech issues, then he won't be waiting around for me thinking I am some flake. Thanks. Dave

Just contact support@slitherine.co.uk but if the same issue started happening on both machines at the same time it sounds like another issue.

Possibly related to your connection so just try again later and see if that helps.

If not contact support and ask them to roll your game back a turn as maybe the data on the server is corrupt and we can revert to a turn earlier where it is working.
