I experimented several times that the replay is very slow, advancing at 1% each two or three seconds.
The same game works ok in the next replay turn, so it's not a specific scenario or game issue.

Then when 97% is reached the action begins and all actions are concentrated in this 3 %

If the other player has left the game running for a long time this can happen. Or if something else is going on you will need to give me more details.
