Battlefield Academy Downloads

Hi, one of my hard drives failed last week. I have loaded on Battlefield Academy and Blizkrieg France from discs I have. They appear to have worked for the game updating to version 1.5.4 but when I try multiplayer it tells me that I must be using the latest version and to update from the launcher - no update appears to be available.
Secondly, I downloaded the next two add-ons - Market Garden and Sealion - I have the serial numbers recorded in my page: can I be sent new download links?
Thank you for your help, in anticiation.

Hi Sethor

You can update your Battle Academy by downloading the last patch V2.06 from here or by running the in-game auto-updater.

As to your second question, just email your orders details to support@slitherine.co.uk and we will provide you with new links for download.

You don't need new downloads for the expansions, just use the Unlock Expansions button on the launcher to enter the serial numbers.

So, the good thing is that everything is now loaded. Thanks for the assistance. The bad news is that multiplayer does not recognise my password. Any advise on how to reset this. Although I can log onto the website when I try to change my password on my page it tells me the old one entered is wrong! Help!

You should have an option to reset your password? That might be the best solution.

All done now, I discovered that whilst the website recognises the # symbol in a password, the game does not. thanks for your help.

Hmmm - that is odd. I will take a look. Glad you are up and running.
