When it released it was possible to find opponents, but its been out for 18 months now so is pretty quiet. You'd need to arrange to meet up with someone and then go online.

maybe its a bad proxy configuration but i go to the multiplayer option in CoM and there is no party (or battle or ...

)
is it normal ?

No, it's not you, there's usually nobody in there. The community is small.

But I could be persuaded to play some LA online, and Sum1Won might be willing as well, if you email him.

Hey, I'd be up for a game, but you'd have to wait till I got home from college and reinstalled legion arena on my computer. But I'd be glad to play then.
