1. I was wondering how come units do not gain experience fighting. Do unit quality suffer when manpower levels fall to certain levels? Do manpower levels gain every turn? I dont see any tooltip coming up over the MP display.

2. Should I garrison the French coast to defend against the UK launching amphibous assaults?

3. Is there anyway to expand Industrial capacity besides capturing more PP locations?

unit quality does fall when the manpower production level drops to red (60%? you can find the accurate number in the manual)

1. Manpower never increases, it only decreases.

2. Umeu confidently states there's no need, but it can happen

but landing takes ages =_= all you need is a train connection and 2 garrison units in a centrally located place. no need to go atlantik wall
