Playing as the Entente:

I have two Brit subs in the Baltic and they have stopped completely the German convoy that runs from Scandinavia to Germany. The AI appears to be unable to handle the threat. I don"t know how many PPs the convoy is worth, but I suspect it is hurting.

Were British subs that active in the Baltic?

perhaps the entre subs should not be able to enter the baltic. I thought only the germans has subs in ww1

I Googled it and, in fact, the British sub campaign in the Baltic was fairly effective--until the Germans started to convoy. The British would not conduct unrestricted submarine warfare, i.e., shoot on sight.

Maybe the game could be changed to reflect decreasing effectiveness over time?
