Guinea pigs to playtest Caen and Bayeux?

Gents,
I've been working on a few new 40x40 battle maps for our GJS'44 campaign.
I'm looking for a couple of playtesters to try these maps out, so that we can slick 'em up before use in GJS'44.
They'll work on any platform, including iPads...
Only two requirements:
1. Please feedback any positives/negatives to me
2. Do not share these any maps or feedback with the GJS'44 players
viewtopic.php?f=87&t=39073#p366983
Post here if interested...
Thanks!

Thanks Chris/Ian, that's perfect.
I think that makes four of us, possibly including johntindall too...
I'll use BA's email system to PM you details of how to download...
Should be able to send later tonight/early tomorrow
PS. Remember, please keep any maps, findings, feedback between the four of us.
I'd like these maps to be "new" to the GJS'44 teams when they get them...

Thanks IDS, I've picked up your game, to play as Canadians.
I've also re-posted one as Germans, so somebody else can have a go at assaulting...

No harm in having a little fun while waiting for June 7th, eh?

No bribing the beta-testers to tell you anything useful!!

I look forward to seeing them...if, in fact, that is where the Allies are headed...???
All kidding aside, they look like great maps Jon, I look forward to playing them campaign or not! Great work.
Which reminds me, I'm thinking of trying my hand at a sector (mostly to try it out)...should I just open up an example out of the recent package to see how things are or is there more to it than that?

Great idea... Have a go at Thaon... It's far enough from the frontline that it won't immediately come into play (so you can't be accused of bias, and I've got time to balance anything if necessary

).
Zoom up the Strat Map to use as a guide to what should be there and its approximate orientation... Also Google around and you'll often be pleasantly surprised by the rich amount of mapping and recon photos that are available for most sectors of Normandy from '44...
I'll email you a useful blank template to get you going...
