iPad version

I bought and really enjoyed the iPad version of the rules. I put here some suggestions for improvement/bugs that can be useful for preparing the updates...
A) navigation is still an issue... I have an iPad not an iPad 2 but switching from section to section still need some annoying idle time...
B) I do not see the reason for having two different symbols to do the same thing on in the chapter headings an one in the pages (I mean the "I" and the house with the"I" or the c... The house symbols are more visible...
C) I don't remember at which ages but in some cases by pushing c you get to the index (I think it was in the appendices)
D) as pointed out by others it can be useful to have a navigation button that allows you to go back to some page you previously visited(like the arrows in the browser)
E) I see sone pages missing in the appendices like the base size . Check titles of sections and contents...
Allow the possibility of printing the quick reference pages or make avpdf available quickly since handing an iPad around is not too safe...
Anyway great job and eep on digital!
