When a game is resigned, it never seems to go to completed. Therefore viewing the last move is not possible if you were not the person who resigned the game. Is there any fix to this?

I second that request. It is already a pitty that you cannot review games while the other player is running his turn. However at least after resignation it should be possible to access the file.
