Slitherine

I can't seem to get this to work. I click on one unit, hold shift+click for another unit in an adjacent or same hex, and they do highlight, but when I move one the other stays put.

Also when shooting with one of the group units, the firing unit isn't getting the +1 that the rules say it should.

So, can someone explain what I'm doing wrong?
