After hitting register for new account and putting in desired info it comes back with invalid parameters passed. I used only numbers and letters for password so whats the problem?

Can you give us any info on the username you tried to create?

Sure, it was Norm5 or another number if that didnt work.

When I did it I was using his pc, I will try using one of mine and see if that works.

I tried creating his account through the software on the forum and its not working correctly either. Not sure what it is, I created an account for Norm5, it came back as error 54 not saved or something similar. Then it tells me I am logged in under his account but when I look into it I am still really under my account. Now I ws able to bring up his account, and everything was missing e-mail, address Etc... It said he created the account in 1969...? I try to edit and put the correct info there and it wont let me save error 98.. So now what.. I just want an account for him.

I tried creating his account using my pc through BA, set up name as Norm5 then created a numbered password of six letters then I put in his e-mail norm-carol etc.. Then it comes back with invalid parameters, this is about all I can tell yea..

Please try again - we think the login issues are fixed.

Ok tried it through BA and it gave me the invalid parameters again.

We've tweaked it again this morning. Can you try again? Its not happening for us in either the demo or full version on iPad so its not effecting everyone and it makes it hard to fix as we cant be sure what we changed has helped as it already works for us....

I tried it with a login name of Norm6 and a simple password, it said invalid parameters again.

How long is the password?

Now I just tried with a password of 123456 and still invalid parameters passed...
