A decisive victory in the last scenario of a campaign should end in a bang.
Currently (at least in my custom campaigns), it kind of fizzles out as you are just returned to the opening PzC screen.

Is there any way to add to the ending?

Would be nice if the game offered something in that direction. Didn't have earlier PG games also some kind of saveable score list where you could enter a general's name and watch his performance?

If it's about more decorative stuff one thing coming to my mind doable from a modder's view is to maybe add pics to the end briefing of the last scenario. May not be spectacular, but better than nothing.

Adding a bit of graphic to the DV briefing would help.
