Online Sales difficulties

Hi. I've been buying Slitherine and Matrix games online for several years without any real problems. Back in July I changed my ISP. The next Slitherine purchase I made using the new e-mail and phone number, received a "Sale subject to review" delay from Plimus, as has every sale I've made from Slitherine or Matrix since. I've tried explaining to Plimus Support the reason for the change in details and suggesting that they should move on, but all to no avail. Apparently they're going to check every one of my sales for eternity.

On the night after the US election, I placed an order for Scourge of War: Chancellorsville and received the usual "Sale subject to review" screen. I did not bother to note the order number because I expected to receive an e-mail whenever Plimus got around to it. But I have received no other acknowledgement of the sale or any download link. They are just completely ignoring me. My question to you is: In the current economic climate, can you can afford to only sell to customers that Plimus like?

Hi Tellraven

really sorry you are having ongoing issues. If you can contact info@slitherine.co.uk with as much info as you have we'll try and locate your order and see what is going on.

Please copy the body of your message to this mail and we'll see if we can find out why Plimus are reviewing all your orders.

Thanks!

Thank you. I have no messages from Plimus that I can attach, apart from the Support dialogue. The Sales subject to review screen only exists as part of the sale process and I can't return to it unless I place another order, when I'm sure it will spring right up. I may do that, and I trust if I end up being charged for two games, I will be able to obtain a refund for one.
Regards,

If you contact support with your e-mail address, name etc we can look up if the order was placed.
