I am trying to install Airstrike Eagles of WWII. It seemed to install correctly but when I tried to run it, I get a System Error saying "The program can't start because d3dx9_28.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem." Reinstalling did not fix the problem. Where can I get d3dx9_28.dll and where do I put it? Thanks.

Sorry you are having problems. This file is part of DirectX so installing DX9.0c should solve the issue.
