1. Now that SoW is here, is it possible to transfer my account or something so I can download a drm free copy of the game?

2. When Chancellorsville comes out, it will be stand alone. Will it have an option to simply add it to my Gettysburg game the way it can be done with Africa Corps?

Just download the patch and it removes the DRM.

Chancellorsville is stand alone but will bolt in to Gettysburg if you already have it.
