Slitherine

Haven't played in a long time, but wanted to try this out. I have the original Matrix version, upgraded to v1.12 (Gold). 2.1 installs into my directory ok, and the Slitherine Launcher comes up. After that, no matter what I select, a box flashes quickly, disappears, and then that's it. I noticed an error file in the 2.1 folder (hs_err_pid138.log), and when I open it in notepad, it says:

There's more after that, just wanted to give a flavor. I'm running Win7, 64-bit, and the 1.12 version runs fine. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

got exactly the same problem with gs 2.1. But if i install commander plus patch 1.12 and after that the grand strategy 2.0 it runs fine. So it seems that only version 2.1 got that dam problem
