Hi ,
I downloaded both rules and list to my PC .
Although it looks OK I can't get any text or pictures . The pages are there but they are blank grey with a ? in the middle .
Please help .

Same problem here.

Installation of the reader, followed by downloading the rulebook went through without any error, but instead of showing the book, the pages are blank:

System is:
lenovo T500
Intel P8700
4GB RAM (because of Vista32, only 3GB usable)
Vista Enterprise with SP2 32 Bit
Symantec Antivirus (buisness version, can not be disabled from the user itself)

Deleted the book, followed by deinstallation of the eReader, reboot, complete re-installation: same error.

After the second try without any success I installed both on my Gaming-PC (I5-3550, 8GB RAM, GeForce GTX 660TI OC, SSD): All is fine, no errors.

Problem is: I need it to run at the notebook, cause it would be not practicable to transport my gaming system to wargame cons

Tried the Beta patch posted else where , no luck I'm afraid

The fix for the download issues requires you to delete the issue and re-download it. Click the i Button on the cover image nd then delete. Let us know how it goes.

Nope .
Deleted , ran the patch , re-loaded .
Cover flow load jumps out 3/4 s in , grey screen
Now don't have the delete opion showing to try it again .

So ...is anything happening on this ?

When you say you deleted did you delete the actual rule book from inside the reader. I dont mean uninstall the reader I mean delete the content you downloaded and download it again. It should start at part 1 of 37 and redownload. It sounds like you just uninstalled and reinstalled and the content was cached and is using the same files you already downloaded which are corrupt.

No I did delete it by pressing the delete button .
To be sure I did it again , loading files 1-37, same result . Images won't load .
The Army list is the same .
Any ideas ?

Sorry you still have problems. Can you post your system specs and OS and what security programs you have installed.

still having the problem with the patch, 0.01MB when I turn the books infos for the 2 books, nothing is working;


Microsoft Windows 7
premium family edition
service pack 1

intel core i5-2300 CPU 2.80 GHz
6.00 GB ram
free memory on hard disk more than 60 GB

AVG 2013 edition
windows firewall and windows defender
tried to uninstall all, reboot, reinstall all, with and without protection, with no effect;
bought a second for my second ( older computer ) running Microsoft Windows XP , no antivirus, not working better than the other;

hope it will helps to solve our problem;

Deinstalled the book, followed by deinstalling the reader, rebooted the system, downloaded the beta version, installed it, followed by the book: same error.

There must be an additional issue which we're asking the team to look into. Thanks for your patience.

We have a fix for these problems which is in final testing and will be released shortly.

These patches are now available (see the sticky) as beta so please try them out and let us know if they fix your version. Be sure to delete your old download before trying to download with the new version.

In at least one of the cases where there was an issue this fixes it so we hope it fixes all issues but wont know for sure until it gets tested.

If it helps let us know - if it doesn't please tell us and we'll have to try again.

Sorry to hear this fix hasn't sorted your problems. From I can determine, the content you have on your machine hasn't downloaded and installed correctly.

Can you confirm if you deleted the existing content download? Click the i then click the delete. You will then have to re-download the content.

Can you please try this and let me know if there is any difference?
