question on Liege

Just now , in one of my present pbem on 2.1 , an interesting thing happened : After Paris conquered by Axis , Axis accepted the armtice ,France surrender & all English inside France surrender , but there is one English Gar in Liege still there . I just wonder if all English in France surrender & all English along the coast retreat to UK , will this GAR still fight in Axis conquered Belgium ?

Probably the script counts France only and any unit in Belgium (or other country) will stay. I think I had the same situation when my English GARs on the Beligan coast stayed there when France surrendered.

Yes , I agree this is not a bug . But I just wonder if it is reasonable ?
