How the hell do you keep them in supply?
I invaded norway and poof zero supply status.

keep a BB adjacent to them (or any hex you control) and you get supply

Any surface combat ship will do. In my experience, subs or transports do not work for this purpose, but YMMV.

yes thats correct - but since he mentioned norway, thats just the BB for germany
