In an attempt to save the tech support having to type the same thing over an over could I ask that when reporting issues that you provide information such as the OS version, iPad version (for iPad issues), security software (for PCs, etc.) and so on to help the cause be identified. Probably best to err on giving more information rather than less (within reason).
