This was tweeted yesterday but of course there was no release. However, the tweet hasn't been withdrawn so may we assume today is the day?

Aye, later today patch and new DLC should go out, it is in Slitherine/Matrix hands now...

We are all so busy guys... if something slips a day, it is mostly because a day should have more than 24 hours!

The patch is but you need to use the updater for now - links will be going up very soon to download outside the updater!

the update is unreliable. I let it run for 3 hours and it crashed at 80% saying download is unavailable.
I will have to download it again using the link.
