1) Originally purchased through GameStop app.

2) Trying to update to 1.04, using .exe downloaded from forum (through Matrix)

3) Installer won't accept my serial number (obtained from GameStop app)

4) GameStop app doesn't think there is an update available after 1.02

Thoughts?

Sorry but I think you will need to go back to GameStop for advice, I don't think we can help you with this one.
