Number of issues from game on Monday

After having several games with absolutely no issues, we got a few from my game on Monday against Mark (who has posted some of the issues already):
- This issue is being covered by the teleporting LH thread, but I will mention again. If I have LF at right angles to my LH in difficult going, my LH can interpenetrate the LF in which case they teleport through to the other side of the LF. This can mean they get a huge (5 element wide) move through difficult going. For instance, I place an ambush of LF in difficult going, on bound one they deploy - my LH then move straight through the LF and therefore the difficult going on bound one! Really think this needs to be changed.
- evading from a flank march - do you get a free turn?
- The disordering effect of elephants does not impact their own side - even if they are two ranks deep, only has a minimal effect on enemey mounted. i.e. two BG's of cataphracts either side of the jumbos had no ill effect.
- If part of a BG is severely disordered due to terrain do they count this on the CT? It clearly states that they do for the CMT but doesn't mention the CT, might be worth a bit of clarifying.
- It is not clear when ambush markers are placed
- a BG is charged front and rear - where does it flee when broken?
- a BG evaded off table and counts 1 AP - this means you can effectivelyskirmish with impunity and hold up an entire flank, normally for the loss of only one or two BG's. Would prefer 2 AP's forth as it removes cheese.
